Comcast has awful customer service! In case you didn't already know.

My old address has the cable box and remote billed to it, even though I was instructed to leave it at the apartment since it's part of an ongoing bulk service between Comcast and the apartment management.

My new address' bill is completely jacked up. The only thing I should be charged for is 29.99 for service, and somehow the bill adds up to $60. Looking at the details, I cannot figure out where this additional $30 is coming from.

Not looking forward to straightening things out with them AGAIN tomorrow.
